REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Planeteves.com trusts that you would never need to return or cancel an order owing to our absolute quality commitment. But if to any unforeseen circumstances an order needs to be cancelled or returned, we are here to help you out.

Your returns/cancellations will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of request or products back at our locations, only if order qualify for return.

Upon successful verification, your request for exchange/replacement or refund in the form of your original method of payment or credits will be initiated. Please note that we may not be able to exchange/replace products bought during sale or discount. Replacement/exchange is subject to product/ stock availability.

  • For payments done through credit/charge cards or net banking, the refund will be processed back to the same account from which payment was made. Kindly to note the refund to reflect back in our account might 3-5 business days.
  • For payments done through cash on delivery, the refund will be processed to a bank account or PAYTM account provided by you at the time of requesting refund/cancellation. Kindly to note the refund to reflect back in our account might 3-5 business days.

NO REFUNDABLE CATEGORY OF ORDERS

Orders/products which not qualified for Return:

  • Customized Products (eg: lipsticks, compacts, mascaras, and others) can't be returned.
  • Personal care machines can't be returned because of hygiene concern.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded.
  • Product has been altered, misused or used.
  • Barcode or Serial number of products is tampered.
  • Return or refund for consumables (e.g wellbeing supplements, pills, infant items)
  • Any request of refund which is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery
  • If the Product is harmed because of abuse by the client. To guarantee that the customer/client didn’t damage the content/product, the client/customer needs to give proof as confirmation of damaged product while unpacking the parcel. Any proof created/shared after 5 days of delivery will not be entertained.

  • After you had informed us for cancellation and the order status is out for deliver or in transit for delivery. Kindly do not accept the order, if delivery attempt is made.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER WITH FREE GIFT

For any order which is requested for return/exchange/refund shipped with free gift as a part of order, needs to returned back to us in its original packaging along with all labels, barcodes and seals intact. Failing to do so, cancellation of order will not be entertained.

MULTIPLE ORDER CANCELLATION OR RETURN
