Cancellation and Returns
Orders can only be cancelled if not shipped. Please call the customer care on 0120-4225898 to cancel the orders any time after placing a succesful order.

Once the order is received back at our location, the order will be cancelled and the refund will be processed to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, debit card, net banking etc); however shipping charges will not be refunded.
We have no questions asked return policy and provide hassle free returns if you have received damaged or incorrect products. However, please note that:
- Products/Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt by contacting us at email@example.com IST Mon-Sat and shipping the products to the following address:

- Products/Merchandise must be unused, unworn and unwashed, and they must have all original tags and packaging intact.
- We are not able to process returns for certain items which include innerwear, lingerie, socks, clothing freebies, cosmetics, deodorants, perfumes and perishable items. Further, Merchandise/Products that are covered under the manufacturer's warranty, has been worn, used, or altered/tempered will not be accepted for return.
Once the return items are received back at our location and verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, debit card, net banking, cheque/DD (in case of COD) etc.). However, reimbursement will be limited to actual shipping charges incurred by you or Rs.100 (whichever is less).
