    I want to ship to an Indian Address but I am ordering from outside India. Is that delivery possible?
    Yes. If the area chosen by you falls under our serviceable areas then it will definitely be delivered.

    You can call our customer care and if the order has not been shipped we will be happy to add your products. If it has been shipped, you can always place another order!

    You can call our customer care and if the order has not been shipped we will be happy to make the needful changes. Otherwise, you can cancel the order and place another one.

    Yes. We deliver everywhere in India.

    The merchandise is automatically shipped thrice to the delivery address. After that it is returned to us and you can reorder it.

    Can I place an order to be shipped outside India?
    For now we are delivering in India only.

    On Orders below Rs.500 we charge shipping of Rs50. Order above Rs. 500 are free of shipping charges.

    The terms of use of seasonal/promotional vouchers are specified distinctively since they vary from voucher to voucher. The terms and conditions will also be specified accordingly.

    Any item that has been used or shows signs of wear would not be fit for a return. These usually include:

    Can I give back an order that was received as broken or in a bad or damaged condition?
